The Kentya range of extruders are custom built machines for all extrusion processes, whether it be sheet, pipe, profile or pelletising and compounding.
Kentya extruders offer turnkey lines for the production of sheet and roll stock in APET, HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene), PP (Polypropylene), HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) and ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene).
Kentya also manufacture pipe and profile and compounding and pelletising extrusion lines, to extrude most material types, and to individual customer specification.

Kentya extruders are designed by German engineers and assembled, finished and tested in Barcelona before being delivered to the customer. A significant part of each machine is manufactured in China and all parts are CE marked and built to European standards with European electrical parts and drives. Every machine is controlled by a touch screen control system, which is manufactured by Siemens, and the drives are ABB or similar European type, so you can be rest assured on availability of spares if and when required. All proprietary brands are readily available and supported through UK stockists.
The Kentya products are supported by British engineers based in Cheshire and spare parts are carried in both Barcelona and also the UK.
Vogue offer sales and support for Kentya along with in house technical support. Operator training is available and courses can be offered tailored to individual requirements.
