Accessibility Statement

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably practicable. This is an ongoing commitment rather than a claim that every page and third-party service is fully conformant.

• keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators;
• semantic headings, landmarks, links, buttons and form labels;
• screen-reader announcements for validation and status messages where applicable;
• text resizing and responsive layouts across common screen sizes;
• clear colour contrast and information that is not communicated by colour alone; and
• descriptive page titles and alternative text for meaningful website images.

Some older or supplier-provided product photographs may have limited descriptive information. Technical documents uploaded by customers or supplied by third parties may not be fully accessible. Third-party services, including hosted payment or authentication interfaces, have their own accessibility implementation.

Large technical tables and detailed industrial specifications may require horizontal scrolling at high zoom on small screens. We will provide the same information in an alternative reasonable format on request where we can.

Please include the web address, a description of the problem, the browser or assistive technology used if relevant, and the outcome you need. We will acknowledge the request and work to provide a reasonable response or alternative.

We welcome feedback from disabled users and will prioritise barriers affecting essential tasks such as finding a part, submitting an enquiry, accessing account information or completing an order.

Accessibility is considered during design, development and testing using keyboard checks, responsive layouts, semantic markup and automated code checks. Automated testing cannot identify every accessibility issue, so manual review and user feedback remain important.

This statement will be reviewed when significant website features change and periodically as the service develops.
